If you are located near one of the Springfree showrooms, professional installation will be carried out by a Springfree Trampoline installer.

You will be contacted by the installers within 3 business days of your package delivery to schedule your service appointment.
Seasonal demand, weather limitations and other restrictions may apply and/or adjust your scheduled installation date.
How to Schedule Springfree Trampoline Installation
Step 1: You order Springfree Trampoline + Installation.
Step 2: Your product is shipped.
Step 3: Your install team contacts you to coordinate the installation date (within 3-5 business days of receiving your shipment).
Step 4: You receive your scheduled installation date & time.
All scheduling is through our installation partners directly, but we are happy to assist if you need any support or special requests.
Important Information: Please ensure you are ready for your installation BEFORE your scheduled date. If our team arrives to install but cannot proceed with the trampoline or spare part installation, a fee may apply for rescheduling.

Delivered Right to Your Door
- Products are delivered directly to your home via FedEx Ground. When you order from Springfree Trampoline a tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.
- All products are shipped in 1 - 4 boxes. The trampoline boxes are heavy, and we advise that two people be present to lift each box.
- US purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. All Hawaiian and Alaskan freight MUST be placed over the phone.

- Spare parts are subject to a shipping charge.
Can You Guarantee Shipping in 10 Days?
We ship new, in-stock trampoline orders within 10 business days, depending on when the order is placed. Just a heads up, if you order over the weekend, it might take a little longer since our warehouse is closed on weekends. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 10 business days. For custom and limited-edition trampolines, it can take about 15-20 days to ship.
Why Didn't I Receive My Trampoline Within 10 Days As Promised When I Bought It Online?
New in-stock trampoline orders ship within 10 business days – this means the time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse. Delivery typically takes up to 10 business days after shipping. There might be delays if your order was placed over the weekend, as our warehouse is closed, or due to third-party courier delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. If you ordered professional installation, it is scheduled separately through our installation partners.

Here are some additional tips to successfully self-assemble a Springfree Trampoline:
- Have 2 people present for assembly.
- Set aside 2-3 hours to complete your Springfree Trampoline installation.
- Read the installation manuals and take the time to watch the instructional videos. We highly recommend you read the manual and watch the videos in full BEFORE starting installation.

Springfree Trampoline Installation Checklist
- Our installation partners require somebody 18+ to be onsite during the trampoline assembly process.
- Please identify the installation location prior to our installation partners’ arrival.
- Ensure we have access to the install location. Provide us with any driveway or security gate codes that are required to access the property.
- Turn off any sprinklers and avoid watering the yard prior to install.
- Ensure the lawn is mowed.
- Set aside any backyard furniture, toys, animal waste, snow or ice, etc.
- Please have pets contained and not roaming around the install location.
- Verify you have received all trampoline boxes or spare parts. All products are shipped in 1 - 4 boxes.
- To reschedule ahead of your installation date, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
For safety reasons, please ensure that children and other parties remain clear of the work area while the installers are assembling your trampoline.

How to Prepare Your Backyard For Installation
To ensure safe installation of your new Springfree, the installer can only complete installation if the space meets the following conditions:
- Flat, even and solid ground.
- Minimum height clearance of 15 ft (from the mat up) from all hard surfaces – e.g. over-hanging branches, cables, roofing, or power lines.
- Appropriate safety clearance on each side of the trampoline (we recommend at least 5 ft).
- Clean and free of obstacles and debris.
