Yes! All new Springfree Trampolines come with a 10-year warranty on all parts.    

You will want to ensure you register your warranty when purchased through our site or hang onto the receipt for any future warranty claims you might make.     

If you purchase a Springfree Trampoline second-hand, the warranty is only transferrable if it’s sold within three years of the original purchase.   

No, not all retailers sell every size Springfree offers. You will need to check the website of the store you’re looking at or contact their representatives for more details.    

Local backyard stores might be able to order the size you want if they don’t have it in stock, although this is not guaranteed.     

Generally, you can find all Springfree sizes available on our website. The only exception is our Jumbo Round Trampoline, which is exclusively available at Costco.   

Some stores that sell Springfree may offer custom or color trampolines, but the easiest way to customize a trampoline is through our direct website.

We also sell full-color sets, with availability varying by color and trampoline model. This is an option for those who don’t want to pay the $199 customization fee.   

No, we do not offer price matching at Springfree. If you see a lower price offered by one of our partners, we recommend buying a trampoline directly from them.
